FOUR PILLARS TRIBUTE

The Challenge

The Council for Quality Growth’s 36th Annual Four Pillar Tribute is one of the most prestigious events in the region — a celebration that brings together the most influential leaders shaping metro Atlanta’s future. Honoring Tommy Holder, the 2025 Tribute featured appearances from Arthur Blank, Governor Brian Kemp, Mayor Andre Dickens, Ambassador Andrew Young, Donna Hyland, and many others. The Council’s goal was clear: produce a long-form video that would maintain and amplify their already remarkable credibility while capturing the scope, energy, and significance of the evening. A key obstacle was that previous coverage had never fully conveyed the event’s scale or atmosphere, particularly the sheer number of high-profile attendees. Our challenge was to solve that problem while also balancing a fast turnaround, securing impactful interviews, and filming cinematic b-roll coverage that authentically reflected the prestige and magnitude of the Four Pillar Tribute.

Our Solution

Rayvision delivered a full-service production approach tailored to the Council’s needs. Our three-person on-site team included a dedicated producer for interviews, a lead camera operator, and a seasoned event cinematographer — supported in post by an fast editor and a voiceover artist. We built a visual strategy centered on dynamic, cinematic storytelling, combining sweeping stabilizer shots, elegant slow-motion sequences, and a series of moving time-lapses, static timelapses, and hyperlapses to reveal the scale of the event like never before. These creative techniques captured the ebb and flow of hundreds of attendees and the electric energy of the evening — something that had historically been difficult to portray. Alongside comprehensive event coverage, we produced an 8-minute feature film and a full two-hour program cut, seamlessly weaving together interviews with regional leaders, atmospheric visuals, and powerful storytelling that reflected the importance and impact of the event.

The Results

The finished film exceeded expectations and delivered exactly what the Council envisioned. For the first time, the true scale and energy of the Four Pillar Tribute were captured on film, thanks to the innovative use of time-lapse and hyperlapse sequences combined with cinematic storytelling. The Council used the 8-minute feature as a video news release, distributing it across television and digital platforms, while the extended cut became an invaluable archival and promotional asset. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive — the Council called choosing Rayvision “the best video decision we’ve made.” The project not only enhanced the event’s visibility and credibility but also strengthened our ongoing partnership, paving the way for future collaborations across their growing range of video and storytelling needs.
