The Challenge

Rise Recovery was preparing for a website launch and needed a brand film that could do more than explain what they do. They needed a story that felt honest, human, and credible—something that would connect with people who are seeking help, while also giving families, partners, and the community a clear picture of what Rise stands for. The biggest challenge was capturing the heart of the organization without slipping into generic messaging, and shaping a sensitive subject into a narrative that felt hopeful, grounded, and powerful.

Our Solution

Rayvision produced a testimonial-driven brand video built around real voices and meaningful moments. We crafted the story from founder Josh’s personal journey, supported by on-camera interviews with two additional staff members who helped expand the message from one story into a shared mission.

From there, we refined Rise’s brand narrative into a clear emotional arc—pairing heartfelt testimonials with intentional b-roll that showed the environment, daily life, and the care behind the work. The result is a film designed to live at the center of Rise’s website launch, while also providing cutdowns and moments that translate naturally into social content.

The Results

The finished video is heartfelt, meaningful, and powerful—giving Rise Recovery a brand story they can be proud of and a message their audience can actually feel. The film became a cornerstone asset for their website launch and a strong foundation for ongoing social engagement, providing Rise with multiple shareable moments that sparked conversation and connection online. Just as important, the process helped Rise clarify and strengthen their messaging—so their story is not only compelling, but repeatable across future campaigns and content.
